As a young boy Aaron Luca had a love for playing football. In his junior years the dream of playing at top level was always on his mind. But discovering the guitar at age 15 marked a pivotal moment in his life, as it provided a creative outlet that transformed his focus and dedication away from the pressures of development squads. The instrument not only sparked a passion for music but also helped him channel his energy into honing a new skill, paving the way for a different future filled with artistic expression and personal growth. Aaron also fell in love with songwriting. It became a therapeutic outlet that lifted his spirits and fuelled his creativity. Immersing himself in a community of fellow musicians during high school further ignited his passion, inspiring him to pursue music as a career and solidify his commitment to his newfound artistic path.

After year 10, Aaron's life took a downward spiral as he struggled with addiction and violence, leading to wasted years filled with poor choices. Following his expulsion from school in year 11, he experienced a turbulent period of instability, moving from job to job while grappling with reckless behaviour, all of which overshadowed his earlier passion for music and personal growth.

Despite the chaos and challenges of his wasted years, Aaron's guitar remained a constant companion, serving as a powerful outlet for his emotions. The art of songwriting, with its ability to articulate his deepest feelings, provided him solace and a glimmer of hope, grounding him even amidst his struggles and reminding him of his true passion for music.

At 21, Aaron began to carve out a better path for himself, recognizing the need to confront his addiction while embracing his passion for music. Moving to the city to live alone, he immersed himself in his studies at music college, finding a sense of purpose and focus away from the turmoil of his past experiences. This fresh environment not only allowed him to progress as a musician but also offered him a chance to reshape his identity and redefine his future.

Aaron fully immersed himself in his art, using the depths of his emotions to cultivate a unique songwriting voice that reflected the struggles of his tumultuous childhood. While his upbringing was far from perfect, the challenges he faced provided a wellspring of inspiration for his music. Throughout this journey, he was fortunate to have the guidance of Edward Richardson, his best friend's father and a seasoned musician. Edward's honest feedback, even when it stung, helped Aaron recognize the raw talent he possessed and pushed him to break free from his destructive patterns, ultimately fuelling his artistic growth.

Since moving back to his hometown a year ago, Aaron's music career has begun to flourish, with performances across the Mornington Peninsula and a runner-up finish in the Two Bouys Unplugged competition marking significant milestones. Now, as he collaborates in the studio on his debut single, "Love You Lost," alongside the talented Spud Thompson and the Elusive Creative Crew Aaron is filled with hope that this release will propel him to greater heights.

Great singers can captivate audiences with their vocal prowess, but true artists like Aaron possess a profound message woven into their lyrics, resonating deeply with listeners. It's the ability to articulate emotions and experiences that sets them apart, allowing their music to transcend mere entertainment and touch the hearts of those who hear it. In this way, they not only showcase talent but also become voices for the stories and struggles that often go unheard.

Driven by his ultimate aspiration to lift his mother out of hardship and provide her with the comfort she deserves, Aaron is determined to turn his dreams into reality through his music.

Keep an eye out for Aaron; With his unique voice and meaningful lyrics, he's poised to make a significant impact in the music world. It's clear that this is only the start of what promises to be an exciting and inspiring career.
